Half-day team training plus minimum three months of individual coaching.
Specifically identifies behaviors and activities that will immediately impact team performance. Focuses on inter- and intra-team relationships for powerful access to improved results.

Step 1: Team Survey 1
Individual Team members are surveyed about certain aspects of being an effective team. This occurs approximately two weeks before offsite via an online questionnaire.
Step 2: Preparation
Results are calculated and discussed with manager prior to workshop to customize the training according to company and team needs. Vision/mission development is appropriate at this point, if not already in place.
Step 3: Workshop
Half-day session includes educational modules, collaborative dialogue, and powerful interactive exercises. Results and benefits are
- Awareness of current condition of team environment
- Agreement on desired state and identification of gap
- Personal and team commitment to specific changes and action steps required to bring about success
- Improved performance, communication, connection among team members
- Improved department reputation within the organization
Step 4: Follow-up Coaching : (Recommended minimum: 3 months)
Team members work individually with Coach to maintain focus on personal objectives and team performance.
Step 5: Team Survey 2
A final survey is used to obtain feedback from manager and team members to identify progress and next steps.
